1. THE RULES

 1.1. Laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia require the web shop owner to specify the terms of purchase and return, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract.

2. DISTANCE AGREEMENT

2.1. A representative of the online store www.tinybaby.lv, i.e. Ilze Suškova ("Seller"), on the one hand, and the person placing the order ("Buyer"), on the other, enter into a Distance Contract:

2.2. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer as ordered by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Distance Contract.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1. Purchase in the online store can be made by any Buyer (no registration required for the purchase).

3.2. Orders can be placed at any time during the day.

3.3. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the item ordered in the online store.

3.4. The color of the goods in your life may vary because the color shown in the picture depends on the resolution of your computer or mobile phone screen;

3.5. Each item is accompanied by a description (fabric composition, color, size, etc.);

3.6. All prices are in Euro (€). The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the item.

3.7. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of his order and data.

3.8. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the invoice is not paid within two days from the date invoice receive.

3.9.The order will be delivered through Latvian Post or Omniva parcel terminal. 

3.10. Free delivery on orders over 40 € available in Latvia, free  delivery on orders over 60€ available in Estonia and Lithuania. 

4. ORDERING PROCEDURE

4.1. To order an item, go to the "Shop" section;

4.2. Select the product category and select the product you want to order in the relevant category;

4.3. Choose the color (if available) and the size you want;

4.4. put it in the shopping cart using the "ADD TO BASKET" button (the shopping cart will now be visible on the left side of the page);

 4.5. When you have selected all the products you are interested in, click on the "ORDER" button under the shopping cart - you will be taken to the section "CONFIRM THE ORDER";

5. CONFIRMING THE ORDER

5.1. If you wish to receive a parcel via LATVIJAS PASTS:

5.1.1. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required - first name, last name, email address, telephone

5.1.2. Choose delivery method "LATVIJAS PASTS" (only available in Latvia). Enter the postal address, city and zip code in the "Latvijas Pasts Delivery address" field 

5.1.3. Press the "NEXT" button

5.1.4. You will go to the section "ORDER CONFIRMATION"

5.1.5. Check the information and press the "ORDER" button

5.1.6. Delivery cost 3.50 EUR

5.2.  If you wish to receive a shipment via OMNIVA LV/LT/EE parcel machine:

5.2.1. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required - name, surname, email address, telephone. 

5.2.2. Choose the shipping method "Omniva" and the nearest, most convenient parcel machine address

5.2.3. Press the "NEXT" button

 5.2.4. You will go to the section "ORDER CONFIRMATION"

5.2.5. Check the information and press the "ORDER" button

5.2.6. Shipping cost in Latvia 2,88 EUR  and in Lithuania, Estonia  6,99 EUR. Shipping costs may vary during promotions.

6. PAYMENT OF THE ORDER

6.1. The invoice can be paid immediately after placing the order by clicking on the "Show invoice" button or little later in the confirmation e-mail by clicking on the link "Click here to view the invoice". Please pay the invoice within 2 days from the date invoice received.

6.2. After placing the order, the Buyer will also receive an e-mail with order confirmation and an invoice, which can be viewed ("Click here to view the invoice") and pay if it is not already done immediately after placing the order.

6.3. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature in accordance with the Law "On Accounting" 7.1. Article.

6.4. Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Seller - when making a payment, specify the order number!

6.5. After paid invoice (when the money has been received in the Seller's bank account or if a bank payment order is sent to the Seller's email), the parcel will be sent on the same or the following day.

6.6. Depending on the delivery method you choose, you will receive your purchase within an average of 1 to 3 days.

7. USE OF FROM ME GIFT CARD:

7.1. When placing your order in the online store, enter the Gift Card (GC) number consisting of 9 digits and the PIN code consisting of 5 digits and the amount of GC in the "Additional information" field;

7.2. After placing the order, you will be able to view your invoice by clicking on the "Show invoice" button. If a additional payment is required (in case FromMe GC does not cover the invoice amount), then on the same or the next day you will receive an invoice from which the value of your gift card will be deducted

7.3. An order confirmation and an automatic invoice with the full amount of the order will also be sent to the Buyer's e-mail. If no additional payment is required to pay the invoice, then this invoice is for information purposes only.

7.4. Depending on the delivery method you choose, it will take 1-3 days for your purchase to arrive.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. The Buyer shall have the right to cancel or exchange the ordered item within 14 calendar days after receiving the items, if

8.1.1. the purchased item is not used;

8.1.2. the original packaging and equipment of the purchased item has been preserved and not damaged;

8.1.3. the buyer can present proof of purchase.

8.2. In the event of a refusal, the Buyer shall notify the Seller prior to returning the Goods and ONLY thereafter complete the Refusal Form and send it                        electronically to: [email protected]RETURN FORM

8.3. In the event of using  right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall settle the cost of returning the item. Seller Refunds Buyer ONLY for the items.

8.4. The Buyer is obliged to return the item to the Seller within 7 days of sending the letter of refusal.

8.5. Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of using the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer a right of withdrawal or to pay a refund in the event of damage to the Product, neglect of the Product during use or failure to follow the instructions, loss of the original packaging or material damage to the packaging.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

9.1. The Seller takes full responsibility for the Customer's personal information (name, mobile phone number, etc.) and guarantees that it will not be passed on to third parties. If it is necessary to defend the interests of www.tinybaby.lv, the information may, if necessary, be passed on to law enforcement agencies.

9.2. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided by him/her is used to allow the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Latvian legislation. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notices related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.

9.3. The information provided by the Buyer is for accounting purposes only and is used to invoice and deliver the shipment to the Buyer.

9.5. As a Bill buyer information is saved in our server for up to three months.
